I sent a ticket to BHVR and all they told me is that i should check my date and time and there's nothing more they can do. My ISP can't do anything other than change my IP. I'm legit out of ideas. No one seems to have a solution for this.

So i guess i've found a fix for this. I went to Steam -> Configuration -> Browser Web and then clicked on "Delete browser Cache" and "Delete Cookies".
