A maxed out blood twinblade has 100 bleed per hit, and two hand it does 2 hits on its really fast R1; blood curved/straight swords or blood katanas have 82 bleed per hit. Worst case they nerf bleed buildup, most likely specific weapon skills only, but I doubt think they will nerf arcane scaling.
