Found these at the base of an evergreen tree near Prescott, Arizona. Gills seem to be adnexed and all have a veil under the cap. Stem doesn’t seem to bruise much and cap bruises dark brown. Wondering what species of gymnopilus it could be? Possibly subspectabilis or validipes?
