I checked the ac volts from the stator and in a nutshell at 1000rpm 19.6v, 3000rpm 45v and 5000rpm 74v. So it now points to the regulator. I have been riding it all winter and been on 3 all day trail rides prior to the one yesterday with no issues. We went to Royal Blue in Tennessee and it was warm enough that I didn't use my heater ....
