First time in a long ass time I can say that it’s been a week without any drinks. I have made it through some stressful situations and made it out of them sober. I know I have a long way to go but this one feels good. Now the tough part. Not trying to “reward” myself for accomplishments. . S blast

The first week was easy for me. It was surprisingly, misleadingly easy. I think I was still all gung-ho and super motivated.
