I can normally make it happen by taking a tight right turn and accelerating through the turn. Car is an automatic. The sound was most noticeable when just starting to move from a stop. It would then be less loud at speeds higher than 30kph. It sounded like metal scraping, spinning around the wheel, like a penny being spun around a jar. It is best heard when the fan is at 1 or 2 speed. Cogen Man. My guess with the right turning its a CV joint. Check the inner and outer CV boots on both front left and right sides. Look for a lot of grease around the rubber boot areas. I get that. I'm just trying to make sure that the noise that I am hearing is normal cvt operation. The noise sounds almost like a cross between a bad ford power steering pump and straight cut gears. It is mostly noticed after a longer highway drive. After I slow down to a stop and take off. It only does it for a brief second or 2 at around 0-10 .... Weather october
