Better power handling, digs deeper on the low end and still sounds fantastic. Honestly you can not go wrong with either. Now will the upgrade from 1 sa classic to a v2 be huge not really, but 2 Sa v2s will definatly be a big upgrade Ya but i dont see a p3 rated at 500 rms getting as loud as say a sundown sa-12. I was given a drawing by one of the forum members and was about to go buy the wood when sealed crossed my mind. Sealed is smaller so I would be able to have more space for other things .
